Fortifying Infrastructure Resilience

In partnership with federal, state, and local stakeholders researchers at Berkeley Lab are advancing the capability to quantify, predict, and fortify the resilience of our infrastructure. We achieve this by working in three main areas:

Metrics, Measurement, and Evaluation: Establishing the quantitative foundation to measure, track and value resilience

Prediction and Modeling: Developing and applying methods to analyze the many dimensions of resilience

Technology and Process Solutions at Scale: Creating new technology, tools and policy for widespread resilience
